The customer had a diverse geographical customer base. The absence of any support site made it difficult for them to share all important documents and software with their customers.
Folio3 developed a web portal for Cavium to help them manage their softwares, manuals and other documents in an effective manner. The web based portal allowed users to come and initiate non-disclosure agreement with Cavium. Cavium will then give access to its customers to download manuals and software through portal.
