The Customer

The client is a successful loyalty marketing business who creates and manages loyalty programs that are useful to consumers as well as their business partners. Their services rely on the integration of transactional reporting and industry analysis as their program operations focus on driving customer sales through the retention for their business partners by focusing on offering community rewards through their mobile application and providing proprietary store loyalty cards along with online shopping rewards.

THE PROBLEM AND THE FOLIO3 SOLUTION

The client wanted to expand their services into mobile application deployment to expand their loyalty marketing capabilities and was looking for a mobile app platform which can add convenience and drive engagement in their loyalty programs. They required a mobile platform that could leverage the existing back end technology while providing fun, engaging and useful tools for their consumers.

The company was looking for a reliable technology partner who would provide them with high quality development solutions alongside extensive expertise in building similar applications. After evaluating several vendors, the client chose Folio3 as its development partner due to their extensive expertise and reputation in delivering high quality mobile application.

After analyzing the client’s requirements, Folio3 assigned a dedicated team to the project. The team worked tirelessly on the scheduled development tasks, creating an innovative and highly customized solution for the client. Initially Folio3 proposed on building an app clickable prototype for the client to help them visualize the idea and gather their feedback on the solution they wanted to provide to their targeted consumers. Following initial discussions regarding the company’s requirements and the suggested customized prototype, the team started working aggressively on building the actual eScrip app for the client.

After months of hard work, the expert development team of Folio3 was able to build and launch a mobile application that allowed existing users of the company to get registered with the new mobile platform to find and receive new promotions, earn rewards against their purchases and even redeem those rewards. The mobile application is currently one of the most successful electronic scrip program in the US which has helped the client in effectively increasing customer satisfaction and revenue. The easy to use features of the mobile application has made it a fun and effective app for the company’s users, helping them add new merchants to their list every month.

It took Folio3 around 3 months to complete and launch the initial MVP after which the development team worked on the project for a year and also created a future version of this app for the client.
