The Problem
The team was working around tooling that had been added to piece by piece, and the gaps between those pieces had started to cost real time. Data arrived late, arrived twice, or arrived in a shape nobody downstream could use.
They needed one path through the work that held up under load, without stopping the business while it was built. This is placeholder copy for the staging site.
Folio3 Solution
Folio3 mapped the existing flow end to end before changing any of it, then replaced it a stage at a time so the old and new paths could run side by side. Each stage shipped behind a switch, so nothing went live until it had been watched in production.
The result is a single pipeline the team can reason about, with the slow parts measured rather than guessed at. This is placeholder copy for the staging site.
