Wrigleyville Sports has a sizeable inventory which is maintained in NetSuite. Warehouse employees had to check for available inventory at their desk (in NetSuite) at the warehouse, before order fulfillment and floor stocking. Wrigleyville Sports wanted to streamline this process by developing an iOS app that would allow employees to quickly and easily look up available items in their inventory on their iOS device, by using the item’s name & NetSuite location.
Folio3 designed and built a custom NetSuite mobile app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod that allows Wrigville Sports’ employees to login to NetSuite and view or look up items stored at their location, as well as other warehouse locations. Employees can:
Search for any item (by Item Name) at their specified location
Select an item to view its inventory info (On Hand Here Quantity, On Hand All Quantity, On Order Date) & thumbnail imagea
Create a list of items available at their location (by adding items to a list) incl. details like
Shelf Quantity (editable field with +/- buttons that allow employee to increase/reduce shelf quantity based on their count)
View the list of items (added by the employee) at their location (even offline) incl. their
Name, Bin location and On Shelf quantity
Remove any item from the Item list
Delete the entire list of items
Share the Item list with others via email
Thanks to this NetSuite mobile app, Wrigleyville Sports’ employees can now stock the warehouse floor and fulfill orders much more efficiently, by quickly accessing inventory information from various locations/bins on their iOS device.
